“The Epson centre caught my eye, and to print my folio I used it. frankly unless you use a printer every couple of days they are more trouble than not. the inks on mine cost £200. Gave up on that and with the redoubtable Hana on hand off they came, lovely.”

“I placed the order online for next day delivery. All went smoothly and it turned up on time. I did need to speak to someone the day of delivery and Calumet was very helpful in answering my questions. Great service and would use them again.”

“1st time to the photography show, I had already done my homework on the upgrade I was going to buy, I. E. EOS 70D, and I had identified Calumet as my startING point. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, curious and very patient, I was very surprised at how many people were very specific on the equipment they were going to buy yet I witnessed extremely good questioning by staff when a customer was undecided, which can be a salesman's dream, but your salesmen were very pocus seductive on helping your customer buy the correct equipment for there specific need. The only observation which would help the sales staff would be to have less vertical column displays, and have a couple more tills to pay at, as we had to question and move to other counters twice. I hope feed back helps. Regards Russell”

“Damaged my Canon 6D. Have used Calumet before for purchasing and been impressed - A bit more expensive than mail order but you have a dialogue with people who know what they are talking about. Took camera to them. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and repair completed in reasonable time. No sense of being ripped off - their aim was to minimize the cost to me. Would certainly use again and I strongly recommend to others.”

“I always have and always will do all my photography business with Calumet. They are professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable...and very local to my place of work. I had a great replacement experience with Calumet recently. I purchased a Canon 5D III at the Photography Show. It turned out to be faulty. I popped into the store in Drummond St. had it checked out and it was promptly replaced with a new one the following lunchtime. All the time, i was dealth with courteously and with a smile. I will be buying a few L-series lenses from them soon and am very much looking forward to it.”

“Great backpack. I have a DSLR plus three zooms 16-35, 70-300 and 150-600 plus a tripod and this means its a heavy load. Well organised storage and functional design make this an essential tool for carting your kit to any location.”
