“We went to your branch at Drummond Street, London (Euston) on Saturday to buy a couple of camera bags. At the same time, I was seeking advice regarding suitable lens and camera for wildlife photography. The store manager, Jamie Dye, was very helpful and happy to give us a very valuable advice which is very much appreciated.”

“I have purchased a number of items from Calumet over the years and have always had excellent service and advise from helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable staff and this coupled with excellent prices and offers makes them a perfect one stop for all photographic requirements and then they have a studio for hire and excellent seminars!!!”

“I brought a camera body in for repair; that was dealt with efficiently and is still in the pipeline. I was able to buy a second hand body as a standin/reserve at a good price in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.”

“From the start to end Calumet is 5 star service. Customer service is quick to respond and super helpful. Store staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help. I done my order via customer service call line and was collecting it in Belfast store. Great experience :)”

“I love Calumet. My first stop for anything quality. I know that I will get the right advice and over the years I have come to know the staff and trust their opinions. Both myself and my partner needed new tripods but we have quite different needs. So we came to the trade day where Stephanie from Manfrotto took the time to go over the ranges with us. We ended up with 2 of the same tripods because although our needs are different, the same one bridged both out requirements. And we got a cracking deal on them too! What's not to like!”

“As a novice film photographer who is looking to develop this skill it was great to be served/ meet Katarzyna at Calumet, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgable, providing me advice on; film selection, camera courses and groups in Edinburgh and other useful tips for getting started in film photography. “When I lived in the USA I bought from Calumet and for the last 9 years, since I've lived in the Republic of Ireland I continue to buy from Calumet (Belfast). The The team in Belfast are the best. They are pleasant, more than competent and very helpful. If they don't know an answer to a technical question (rare) they immediately search for it. If there is a customer query, they couldn't be more professional. And that's the word I would use to describe every encounter I've had with them. And that's why I keep coming back. Thanks!”

“The website offers clear descriptions of the products and "what's in the box". Buying from the website was easy, with a well designed interface, and once I'd placed my order I was kept informed of its progress by email and text. Delivery was very fast. Overall I'm impressed with the service from Calumet, and would buy from them again.”

“Always helpful and, importantly, knowledgeable staff. Good to go when it's quiet to chew the cud with the staff. I really like the Open Days. Great opportunity to get my sensor cleaned, see new gear and listen to one of the talks. Sometimes they are too commercial but sometimes you get Danny Green ????”

“The purchasing process was quick and with no issues. The item was delivered to the Belfast store for me to collect and I got an mail when it was available for collection. I collected it near closing time but the staff were happy to help me and talk thru the items features and workings. I must say the Belfast store staff are top class and very helpful and also know a lot about the items they are selling which make purchasing from them a total joy. Good job boys and girls keep up the great work.”
