“I received quick and efficient service. Very personal. In fact when I called back a week later to make a query re the invoice, the young chap knew me immediately and by name. Very impressed. Would definitely buy from them again. Great service”

“As a professional photographer I need a photographic company that I can trust and rely on to deliver good that I may need occasonally at short notice. Staff are always friendly and informative with is very reassuring. Calumet is the company I would alway try first and usually I need not go anywhere else. “The Epson SC 800 Printer i purchased proved to be faulty when commissioning it. In conjunction with Epson, Calumet replaced the printer immediately, within an hour of being informed. Very good Customer Service - Thank you.”

“Tom was very helpful and allowed me to take a lens outside the shop to test it against the one I currently use.We then spent a long time looking at the photos on a computer, to compare the results. A truly professional service.”

“I recently went to Calumet Bristol to get some cameras cleaned. Jess went out of her way to help and even worked on my cameras after closing time. (I brought them in late). I have always been dealt with in the most efficient and courteous way and that's why I choose Calumet in Bristol, although living in London. I can not rate them more highly.”
