“The Birmingham branch has been so important for me and my business! I can order online and I know items will arrive on time and without any issues. When visiting the shop, their customer service for me has always been outstanding, I always feel welcomed and supported by Adele, Tom and Carly and all the staff at Birmingham. As a professional photographer, I need fast reliable suppliers who can be there when I need, and calumet for me, always exceed all my expectations! Highly recommended!”

“They always get me the product no matter how rare or hard it is to get. I bought a Fujifilm from Calumet and I knew these were hard to get due to stock shortage from Fujifilm. I got mine within 2 months whereas some of my friends are still waiting as they bought elsewhere.”

“You failed completely in your customer care department!! I contacted your customer care on Friday 30th June at approximately 0900 with a question regarding the tripod fitting supplied with the "Peak camera strap" I have never received even the courtesy of a reply. I would have returned the item but that would have been wasting my time. I have now sorted the issue by going direct to "Peak"”
