“Spoke with a very helpful member of staff who assisted me without being pushy, which is rare in any shop these days. I bought a fantastic Manfrotto bag and got some helpful advice on tripods which will be my next purchase. Pleased with the experience and would definitely give return business.”

“I went in looking for a new camera bag and not only did I find one that suited but I got a£10 off when I exchanged my old bag. I also had staff look at my tripod which had two legs slipping. Not completely fixed but further advise given and should be able to fix the problem with some new screws from Giotis. Good day, great service. Thanks”

“In December, 2017 I decided to upgrade my 50mm lens using www.calumetphoto.co.uk. I telephoned the store in Drummond Street, London & enquired about not only the 50mm I wanted but asked if I were to purchase, could I spread the cost via a financing agreement??.. The Store manager provided information about the Lens product itself & the possible financing via 'Close Brothers', which was easy to follow & helped me decide to buy the Lens as a good choice for my type of Photography. I explained to the Store manager that I lived in Northern Ireland & rather than risk breakage via postage, the Store manager in London called & reserved for me this Lens in Belfast, Northern Ireland store, which I collected hassle free. For me as a customer the Calumet experience was seamless & simple, courteous - which would motivate me to use this store for my future purchases. Thankyou Calumet! Graham Clarke.”
