“I found CampfireCycling.com while on a search for Ortlieb Pannier parts. The parts in question: the infamous “Top Hook Inserts”, which go missing (and I’m sure return to Germany) are Small Bits. An almost insignificant order filled and shipped promptly. The profit from my transaction wouldn’t buy Josh and company a small can of trail beans. Yet, three days later, to my mailbox in Northern (Lower) Michigan, came the bushings. Brilliant! No more bag rattle or the need for wraps of duct tape. Life is Good...or at least free of one small annoyance. Thanks for being there, CampfireCycling.com, and for the inspiration to explore ourselves on two wheels. Peace. John S.”

“The products offered at the Campfire Cycling site seem especially appropriate for going out in the world by bike, whether that means a multi-day adventure or medium- to longer-distance commuting. They had the exact rack I was looking for and a pannier that should also fit the bill quite well. The purchase and delivery processes both worked out great.”

“My recent experience is that they're a great company. They have products you can't find just anywhere which led me to look at their website initially. For an upcoming tour I was looking for a LARGE capacity road bike seat bag for a very small bike and ordered 3 that were most likely to fit. The shipment arrived quickly. I was able to choose the optimal bag for my purposes which was the L size Ortlieb. The others went back in the box and Campfire Cycling even provided return shipping which I thought was pretty awesome. When I had questions about the purchase and subsequent return they were pretty responsive and very helpful. Thank you guys for excellent customer service!!”

“Josh, the owner of Campfire Cycling, provided back and forth discussion regarding my rack and bag purchase. He answered questions in a detailed fashion. He provided a level of service as close to an LBS one can experience through email. I am in the market for a front rack and I will be buying it from Campfire because of their customer service.”

“Quick, responsive shipping on each of 5 orders placed to date. All were correct items. Once contained a part missing due to the manufacturer's oversight in assembly. The one thing I hope for this company is that they resolve their rather profound identity crisis. Just what are they calling themselves & their web site today???”

“They offer a good selection of bicycle bags, including my favorite brand Ortlieb (have four of them), as well as Tubus racks and other brands. Shipping was quick and the clearance rack I ordered arrived intact, with no damage to the contents, although UPS did its best to destroy it.”
