“This was a very excellent experience. I purchased a Revelate Design 8L seat pack and it was among the least expensive options with all online retailers - that was a given plus! Communication from BikeShopHub was constant and reassuring throughout from start to finish; they even offer a newsletter with helpful tips and information. Shipping was extremely quick, only a couple of days. The item arrived exactly as advertised. This is an excellent vendor and I can see myself ordering from them again the future.”

“I was a little disappointed about an extended backordered product but Matt was extremely helpful getting me an alternative color and even reducing the price to match the change. “I was very happy to see that BikeShopHub.com carries this item. I wanted to use this for a project to install a rack on a carbon road fork. Luckily all the hardware I essentially needed was included. I recommend anyone looking for a simple project to check out this item to see if this can help make a front rack project a reality.
