“Back in 2005 I purchased a Tubus rack and Ortlieb bags from The Touring Store. My Google search came up empty but it did direct me to Campfire Cycling and I'm glad it did. They carry the same quality items I was looking for so I ordered the Tubus Airy Titanium rack. Super speedy delivery - I received it within a few days of ordering. And when I encountered a problem mounting it - the roundstays were too short - they quickly responded to my issue. I ordered the part I needed and had it a few days later. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the help I received from Campfire Cycling.”

“I have purchased an Ortlieb Classic Ultimate 6 (small) handlebar pack. The bag has worked well on a Trek road-touring bicycle using an extension of the mounting bracket (purchased separately) to allow more room for my hands between the brake levers and the pack. The pack is stable with light items inside. I also purchased an additional mounting bracket for my Specialized mountain bike, and I can easily switch the pack between bicycles. CamfireCycling’s service has been prompt and satisfactory, and I found the descriptions of various bags to be adequate for making my selections.”

“Shipping was very fast, and I really appreciated the shop getting in touch to let me know I could pick-up locally since I'm also in Tucson. “We bought an old Croozer cargo trailer local to us in Georgia and quickly found that the missing piece was hard to find. We were lucky to find that Campfire Cycling had the part in stock online. When I called to ask about shipping time, the gentleman I spoke with said he would be on the lookout for my order and get it out quickly. He was really nice and did just that. I had the part in two days. We will definitely keep them in mind when looking for other items for our family’s bicycles. Thank you!”

“Wasnt notified of my requested, purchased order being on BACKORDER till after I submitted it. when I inquired few weeks later they said it'll be another 2wks till they receive it. i then asked for them to do 1 day ship to me when they get it as I need it asap and they said thats not an option....how isn't it an option for them to pick a carrier that ships next day ALL to make their customer happy? Bad customer service.”

Occasionally we have inventory mistakes where our system shows an item as in-stock, however the item is actually out-of-stock. In these cases we do our best to communicate this to the customer and offer options to cancel or maintain the backorder. 1-day shipping is very expensive, often 5 to 10 times the cost of our standard shipping. We are not able to sustain as a business and offer upgrades to 1-day shipping at no additional cost to the customer.

“As far as online shopping experiences go I had the time of my life. Not only did I get some vicarious adventure reading through the history pages while waiting I also got a Revelate Designs frame bag which fits my Marin 4corners so perfectly I could scream like a seal many a moment of the day. I feel , my instinct refers to me the knowledge that no one passed a stone, went hungry or missed the being with their wife at the birth of their child forwarding this material goodness my way! Super stoked !”

“I had a couple of issues early. One, I ordered from CFC because they said they had the hard-to-get Revelate bag in stock when they didn't. Two, I checked on it after the new due date and told I would get it by a certain date. When it didn't arrive, it turns out they had a glitch that let it slip through the cracks. But I got it shortly after that and it's a great bag. They didn't give me any attitude, just owned up to their mistake.”

“Great dealing with CampfireCycling. I needed my items sent General Delivery because we are on tour and I received feedback quickly as to whether I gave enough time for delivery. The post office was changed and I had all the assistance I needed to make it work. We picked up our items yesterday at the post office and we are very happy. Thank you so much for working with me.”
