“Definitely Five+ (5+) Stars on all counts! Great Service. Great personal touch by Josh the owner. No typical big corporate lost culture here. Below market pricing on many items, but above market quality & service. Lastly Josh was tested by an innocent mistake whereby he cheerfully, immediately voluntarily fixed it at an additional cost to him. It is our resolve to 1st check Campfire availability, and price on most any and all our future bicycle related purchases. Thanks Josh.”

“I purchased a Revelate Designs large sweetroll and gas can for an upcoming bikepacking trip. Campfire Cycling had the best price out there! I ordered over the weekend and my package was delivered here in Oregon in just a few days. I love the new gear and I’m glad I found a site the specializes in bikepacking. Highly recommend these guys!”

“Ordered a trailer to pull our granddaughter around. Site showed pictures of the trailer connected to a bike and also had a video of how to connect to bike. "Cycling" is in your name, after all. But the trailer arrived w/o equipment to connect to bike. I double checked my expectations by re-visiting the information on the site and saw nothing indicating it would not come with this equipment - indeed, I still had every reason to believe it should have come with that equipment. I called Customer Service and was told that Thule trailers typically don't include the bike hitch stuff and also that CampfireCycling did not carry that equipment. I shared my frustration about how the site both showed pix of trailer connected to bike and video of how to connect to bike and that no where did it say that the hitch and tow bar kit had to be ordered separately; the Customer Service agent, rather than indicating that this was true, said he would have to take a look for himself at that to see. No solution to my problem of having a bike trailer that could not be connected to my bike was offered.”

The Thule Chariot purchased did not include a cycling kit. While some of our information provided did reference this accessory, it was no where stated that the cycling kit was included. We did guide the customer to another store where the cycling kit was available for purchase.

“I recently had an opportunity to visit Campfire Cycling, and was impressed with the knowledge of the owner, Josh. He was incredibly patient and helpful in getting me setup with some panniers. He even discouraged me from purchasing a handlebar bag that may have been detrimental to my bike due to my carbon bars. I will definitely be coming back again for future bike packing gear!”

“I had been looking into panniers for a while, more specifically Ortlieb panniers. I was having difficulty finding the one I wanted in terms of availability in the United States. I saw a link to authorized Ortlieb dealers and clicked on Campfire Cycling. Guess what? They had my bags, in the color I wanted, and even better they were on sale with free shipping! I was sold! I made the purchase over the weekend, and it said that they would ship on the next business day. The shipping estimate chart put it arriving to me in Philly (from AZ) by that Friday. I had a few questions about my order, and they called my cell that Monday before shipping. They were super friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable! My bags arrived perfectly on Friday as predicted. I was so happy with my experience I told my husband if we’re ever in AZ we’ll have to stop and check the store out! What a great experience.”

“Product I wanted was in stock and the discount irresistible. Shipping was timely. I already have a medium Revelate Ranger bag so the product was familiar to me. I added a small for a new frame I'm building up. Doesn't fit as well on the medium Salsa Timberjack as it did on the Salsa Fargo. Not Campfire's fault. I haven't decided whether to send it back or not. That's when customer service usually is tested.”

“I ordered a fork extension for my 10 year old bob ibex. The extension worked perfectly and arrived within the week. I am pleased with the product and the prompt service. I had to get the extension because I am now using an ebike with 28” wheels..they assured me it would work and it does thanks again!”
