“I ordered 3 Revelate Design bags and I received 2 of them very quickly. The third was back-ordered and unfortunately took twice the stated back-order window. However, once it came in, it was promptly shipped to me and they reshipped it for free when it was returned do to an address error on my part. I found the website easy to navigate and the checkout seamless.”

“With the purchase of a craigslist Rambo trailer it lacked the right parts for attachment. A rainy da and a few stops at on the way bike shops none had what I needed, helpful but not the fix. Campfire was suggested and up north I headed. Had exactly I needed and was trailering my hounds that afternoon. Great shop and inventory and knowledge to a successful ending.Have dropped the name freely with interest in my new, to me, trailer. Thanks”

“The item I ordered was not in stock at the time. I was personally contacted about the order status, and approx. length of time before item was in, assuring me that it would be shipped immediately out to me when it arrived there, AND IT WAS. “Fantastic place. Walked in and Josh walked me through a couple of customer frame bags for my bike. Ended up with a Revelate bag that fits like a glove and that I love. They also do lots of Community rides and have a pretty amazing showroom. Highly recommended!”

“Really glad to have CampfireCycling as another bicycle gear shopping option. Website looks nice, e-mail updates were sent to me that helped me know where my order was in the process, etc. Price was competitive. Wish shipping could have been free, but made relatively small purchase and realize this can be tough for smaller companies (or even larger ones). Biggest complaint (and reason I dropped rating from very good to goo) is I found website navigation confusing. It was hard to find what I was looking for. I found the item through an online search/google search, and thus was able to go straight to item. But, when trying to navigate to the item on the site, it was hard. Same goes for trying to find other things. I think some work could be done there.”

“Good deal on the Surly rack -- and free shipping that was faster than expected. CFC was also the only retailer I could find that had the rack in silver. The rack was really well packaged. Basically all you need out of an online retailer. But the bonus for me is that they're based in Tucson so I'm super happy to support their business.”

“What an incredible company!! I took a long time to find and research a saddle bag. I hoped to purchase with Campfire, to keep it local. After many days of research, I rode to the store. Wow!! I was super impressed with the store aesthetics, great displays and very hands on. The young gentleman that helped went above and beyond. He showed me by narrowing down the options to what would be best for me. There was four different options and I ended up with a closeout bag that was significantly less expensive than the other three options. Price and sales pressure was never an issue. The experience was all about my satisfaction and application-function. I have and will continue to spread the word about Campfire Cycling... “Here's the thing: Price: competitive. Product: Available - this was a hard to find item, I tried Campfire, they had it, properly labeled and described. Delivery: amazing. Next day. Didn't believe that could be done.”
