“Excellent website! Very well-managed and they carry an impressive inventory. I actually ended up placing 3 separate orders in the same day, emailing their customer service team and asking if they could somehow be combined, and within 24 hours I got a reply saying that my shipping on 2 of the orders would be refunded. 3 days later all the backpacking bags I ordered had arrived. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Ordered a pack that was on back order, I called to see an expected shipping date and explained I was going on a trip the following week. The person I spoke to said that a shipment arrived that day, he then dropped what he was doing and opened the shipment. What I ordered was not in the order however a different color was. After checking to see that it wasn’t already spoken for. He switched my Oder around and shipped it out that day. All of this during COVID-19 madness I know the pace of bike shops and personally I would not been treated so well at my local bike shop. I you wa t to be treated really well then you need to support and patronize CampfireCycling.com”

“Excellent customer service, I sent a single email to Campfire inquiring about a rack and panniers for my Surly Ogre. I sent the same email to my LBS that turned into a 10 email infinite-do-loop exchange. Greg responded from Campfire with a recommendation and links to the products and to email him back if I had any further questions. I purchased the items immediately. Thanks for the great customer service.”

“CFC had the products I wanted at a very good price and in stock. They assisted me in perfecting the attachment hardware most likely applicable given my wife's XS bike frame. While very busy, they did follow up on other questions sent via email or voice mail. Pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with.”
