“I recently purchased a couple of Ortlieb bags (Trunk Bag and Saddle Bag Two) over the web from Campfire Cycling. I had a question on the Trunk Bag fitting a specific Tubus rack that is on my bike and emailed the question. Not only did they answer the question, they actually took the Trunk Bag and tried it on the exact rack (they had one in the store). I was told it would work and it fits great. Communication with Campfire Cycling was great. The Trunk Bag had to back-ordered, so they offered to ship the Saddle Bag right away. I was not in a real hurry, so I told them to wait. The wait was very short and the bags arrived less than a week later. Will definitely check CampfireCycling out next time I am looking for bike or bike related camping equipment.”

“Very quick and well packaged delivery. One of the items was marked out of stock. I left a message asking until when before ordering. They called back promptly and gave estimate. The estimate was obviously conservative, as my order arrived quicker than I expected. Very good experience.”

“I've placed a few orders from Campfire Cycling through their site and have been very satisfied with how helpful they have been. For my first order I wanted to get a full revelate bag set (with the discount they give for ordering the full set) but the seat bag wouldn't fit with my bike, and they were very accommodating and let me swap that for a different brand's bag and still order as a full set. Great customer service.”

“They sent a return from another customer. Didn’t even bother to try and hide it! The customer’s receipt was still in the box. 😃 It was apparently ordered through their other website. Luckily the unit was only slightly scuffed from shipping and showed no sign of actual use by the previous customer. False advertising is commonplace in the eCommerce world.”

“I ordered Tubas racks during the Memorial Day sale. Great price. Even the regular price was cheaper than Amazon for the same items. They got it to me quick. Everything was pakaged well; no damage. Pricing for other items on their website was very competetive. I will shop here again and you should too.”
