“I ordered a CO2 inflator; the package arrived early, however, the ordered item was not in the package. No problem, that can happen to anyone. The good that came out of it was that the response from Campfire's Customer Service representative was immediate, cordial and eager to make things right. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend CampfireCycling!”

“Shopping is experience was perfect. Shipping however is not very good. I paid twice as much for shipping then my item to have my order for a trip. It’s now going on two plus weeks and still don’t have my order.”

“Love you guys and what you stand for. When I ordered what I wanted they were out of stock, but they emailed me with an apology. Didn't matter, I wasn't in a rush and I had no problem waiting for it. This is a truly down to earth company and I try to shop here as I can.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions while I was visiting Tucson awhile back! Their store is filled with rad bikepacking equipment and local cycling info. Liked it so much I later made an online order to Arkansas where I live and got my item super quickly with a free patch as well. Stand-out shop, give these guys some love.”
