“Shopping is experience was perfect. Shipping however is not very good. I paid twice as much for shipping then my item to have my order for a trip. It’s now going on two plus weeks and still don’t have my order.”

“Love you guys and what you stand for. When I ordered what I wanted they were out of stock, but they emailed me with an apology. Didn't matter, I wasn't in a rush and I had no problem waiting for it. This is a truly down to earth company and I try to shop here as I can.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions while I was visiting Tucson awhile back! Their store is filled with rad bikepacking equipment and local cycling info. Liked it so much I later made an online order to Arkansas where I live and got my item super quickly with a free patch as well. Stand-out shop, give these guys some love.”

“Since you asked, selling roundstays individually is odd. Not sure why they don't come in pairs or why I'd order one on it's own. I ordered another rack from a manufacturer and they emailed to clarify based on the accessories I ordered and made changes. I think a clarification email in this case would have been appreciated as I'm not ordering piece after piece at $5/ to ship.”
