“Product price is good, the product itself is ok. You get what you pay for. The photo is curled over the edge of the canvas some so it’s not fully centered. The surface isn’t super flat (I can see the bump of the wooden stretcher behind it). So, it’s alright. Not great.”

“Over the last couple of years I had 4 large metal prints done that are currently hanging in my living room. Canvas champ had them well packed and they were printed and shipped in great time. More recently I had an even larger metal print done. Canvas Champ were the only company that I research that offered custom sizing, they accepted a large format file that was not standard. Each other company wanted me to resize the file. Resizing would have caused the image to lose clarity. They were amazing at their flexibility and it was all done online. Their packaging has always been well done for maximum protection of the product. I was luck enough that none of the packaging was damaged by the carriers. After ordering the large metal print, I ordered two much smaller canvas prints and both were also well packaged and shipped on time. They have been an amazing company to deal with.”
“Very bad frustrating poor website to order from Canvas Champ; each time when I place my order with Canvas Champ, I waste several hours to click on a link to place my order but the links do NOT work!! then when I get into chat asking to fix the link in their website, the chat person is extremely extremely poor service doesn’t help for anything!! I will never order from Canvas Champ NOR I recommend their poor service to consumers.”

“The canvas print itself is great. However, the hanging hardware was not really correct. The slot which would hold a screw was mounted so that it was on the bottom, not on the top. In other words, the larger hole that you would put the screw into was on the top and the slot the screw should fall into was on the bottom. The hardware was mounted to the top of the canvas frame so it was backwards.”
