“I love the prints, however communication is terrible. I had a small issue with a very large acrylic and while it's very hard to notice, I still wanted to report the issue and submitted a ticket twice with no response. I still give 4 stars because the overall value for quality is really really good.”

“Received the little picture books. They were basically pictures adhered to look like a photo book. Very disappointing. They were inexpensive and I could have upgraded but still. I could have had a bunch of pics just printed”
“I received the order in time, however I was not pleased with the quality. The corners were poorly done and there is a small part of the back canvas that shows on the front bottom right of the picture. This was for a funeral service so there wasn't time to make any changes.”
“slow, poor quality and difficult to communicate with. The pic shows the poor quality cut of the vinyl adhesive to the acrylic backing - ripped and not cut. As this was one of 5 pieces - they are all like this and always on the bottom. The poor cut isn't the root problem leading to this review which is poor communication leading to them printing the wrong files despite assurances they wouldn't. Now I am out of pocket by a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it.”
