“Although I love my canvas, the colors are bright, price was good. Customer service was not as expected. I have my canvas hanging already, I am enjoying looking at it every day. The turnaround time was fast, I am thankful for that. There are some issues that I wanted to address. First, when I reached out to customer service via chat, no one ever answered my questions. I wanted my canvas to be a 60" x 44", which is offered on their website. But when I went to order that size, the option was not available. I had to settle with a much smaller one of 48" x 36". When I received the product, the frame is bent so it does not hang on my wall flat. Also, upon measuring the length, it was 47.25" not 48". I would order from the company again and would refer friends though. Overall, I am satisfied with my end product.”

“Pics turned out nice except 2 different ones that I made 6 copies each of four a total of 12 pics. Unfortunately I apparently didn't order correctly and didn't center the rectangular pics so they were all off center with white borders at the top and bottom of each. That was my fault. First time ordering and used my cell phone so I'll make them work by adding lettering or decor to the borders. Other pics were centered and look amazing. I learned about my mistake before placing my second order though!”

“Though a promotion, it was not a canvas..it was a quarter inch styrofoam board. I only paid shipping. Took 2 weeks.”

“Most of the pictures are good. 5 or 6 of them do not meet my expectations… the tops of peoples heads are cut off or the sides of their bodies. Don’t you have quality control, to prevent this type of thing? Also, the large one I ordered, I wish I had ordered it 2x bigger…the picture is cut off on both sides so, the essence of the picture is not captured…”

“Some of the white "edges" showed in the front picture, was not that happy. Overall, the picture is great I wish I had the edges/sides folded over, I didn't think it would make that much of a change but now after seeing my picture I wish I would have. I thought I did???”

“Was replacing a previous purchase. Wanted it to fit in same frame. When it came it was at least 1/4” smaller in both directions. Not sure how that is but apparently stated sizes can vary a lot. Actual picture quality and resolution were great.”
