“I have ordered canvases from here many times. This time I ordered a framed picture because a framed canvas was not an option. I got a fake wood frame with a piece of cardboard for the backing. The glass and matting are fine. The pic is nice. But I paid $32 for this and it was not worth the money I paid. I do like this site, but now feel cautious about ordering.”

“for most customers, increasing the color intensity and or contrast will be a plus..however I use software to adjust my images for color/intensity/contrast etc. every canvas order i have placed (two, 4 prints) the color intensity has been increased.so that two are unacceptable, and two are marginally ok..... i will be finding another vendor for myprints...”

“Canvas paper and wood frame was not great quality. Looks cheap and cheaply made. Very disappointing. I purchased this for a gift. It arrived just in time for our flight so I wasn’t able to open or see it beforehand. I was quite embarrassed when he opened it. Looked so cheap :0(”

“I found the quality of my most recent order did not match previous orders. The frames are much lighter weight and the canvas appears to have more of a "grain".”

“I ordered a city map with the frame from Canvas Discount. This was all from Canvas Discounts template and the frame covered the text. Not sure why they would do this, but I have a framed picture I can't use.”

“The canvas came timely enough, but the colors and contrast of the photo are all off. The white cat looks blue and is oddly shaded compared to the rest of the photo. Would return if I could figure out how”

“Well I really wasn't that happy. Yes I received the products I ordered, but the wood frame is very lightweight. The wrapping is not wrapped. It extends past the frame and is not tucked under making it difficult to hang by the frame. The pictures are grainy. I have ordered from other companies with similar specials and the quality was 100% better. I will not be ordering from your company again. It's okay but not good quality.”

“Fast, cheap. However the "glass" on the framed print is thick plastic and looks very cheap. Also, the frame is not aligned up properly in the corners. I'm throwing this away and will buy another from a different company.”

“The canvas I received has printing at the top snd bottom so I have to take all the staples out, cut the wording off and restreach the canvas. The photo is great just can’t figure out why it was sent out like this.”

“This third order within 2 months was very poorly printed and looks horrible. I received them in a timely fashion but refuse to gift them to my family because they are very pixelated and blurry.”
