I went into Capitec Bank's Sandton City branch yesterday (26 May 2022) and was blown away by the amount of exceptional service I experienced from one of their Service Consultants, Mr. Mthokozisi Mbili. I was only there to activate their Live Better savings account, where I could earn 0.5 percent cash back for banking with my debit card, but I ended up purchasing their funeral insurance policy as well. I'm really impressed with his expertise and talents in providing prompt and professional service to clients. Great service gives your consumers the impression that you are interested in building a long-term relationship with them that is about more than just earning a transaction.
His ability to give a convincing sales pitch concerning Capitec Bank's product offerings far exceeded my expectations. His meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ready smile made the experience much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. He also showed me how to watch my Live Better savings rise every time I spend with Round-up and Interest Sweep's supercharged interest. Mr. Mthokozisi Mbili's fast service deserves special praise. A very big thank you to Micaela Norris at Cape Town branch 4185. wow that woman was amazing, fantestic, halpfull with good customer service. with a gentleman wich i forgot to take his name he was at sreening desk . they made my day well after calling about seven consultents at customer care but non of them was able to solve the problem i had. instead they just left me hanging as they all said i must hang on the line then for about 10min than the line cuts off. i think the management should take a look as these call centre people are working from home they not being responsible at all . all they do is just drop the phone while a claint is looking for their assistence . but again thanks to the two souls they mad my problem small today.”
