“Capitec did not make me happy at all On the 3rd of October I emailed the Forensic dep for Fraud at Capitec to inform them of scam payment made and to reverse the payments. I got an incident nr only to find out a day later that this so called incident nr does not exist. They only gave me another incident nr on the 10th. I have emails to prove this. I opened criminal case at Police as requested. To date I have not received ANY feedback from Capitec and want to know WHY was I given an incident nr that never existed. I have proof of that on email.”

“Last night (22/09/23) my husband tried to deposit money to me and the atm swallowed the money…the next day he went into the bank for assistance ….an ATM dispute was lodged at 10:39am and was told an investigation was going to take place…then at 12:29 to my surprise the money was in my account. Thank you Capitec, truly speaking I was not expecting them to be this fast because I always see people’s reviews about their investigations going nowhere.”

“My bank account was be hack. Transaction was done and I didn't do it. Between the consultant manager and head office people I have received my money back. Thanks Capitec branch in East Rand Mall Boksburg.”

“We were at clearwater Capitic and was helped by Scott. I went to help me with my app with in min we were done he helped us with the capitec sim card and that was done in min for my myself and my daughter thanks to Scott big ups thank you for the help i love capitec clearwater.”

“I put in money in an investment company with high hopes of making more Ps for myself but to my disappointment, when it was time to make a withdrawal it became an issue they started asking for tax fee, withdrawal fee and lots more. I was recommended to E f f i c i e n t N e t H a c k on Gmail. where I filed a complaint and I was able to get my money after meeting certain requirements. Thumbs Up guys..”

“I visited Capitec Forest Hill yesterday, where I received an excellent, memorable, TP Kekana unforgettable service, attended by a Lady with the name Mamiki on her name tag, she explained exactly what i needed and sent me to the guy on Teller number 9, who was equally excellent. In less than few minutes all I wanted was done. I was overjoyed I even forgot to check the Teller's name. All my previous doubts and frustrations with Capitec were gone. Thanx to those two. 083 684 2777”
