“Ordered hand sanitizer. Never received but they charged my credit card right away. Protesting the charge with my credit card company. This is s scam. Lesson learned to read reviews before ordering.”

“Ordered Purcell. Order confirmation stated purely. They sent some no-name clear liquid instead. Did not contact me. Contact link on their web site does not work. Probably just someone in their garage filling plastic bottles and telling lies. Not risking my family’s health on some unknown home brew. I was ok with the late delivery date if I had received what was contracted and promised.”

“Should be a zero-star option. They took my money, then said they were out of stock and would send a "similar" replacement, which never came. I said forget it, just send me a refund . . . several weeks ago. No replies from them, despite me asking 3-4 times. Steer clear of these fraudsters.”

“Place an order since March 11, 6 hand sanitazer 500 ml at 12 dollars each, Label was supposed created on March 13 and still not been shipped, I contacted my credit card and ask them to get my money back and also I will make a complaint at the better bureau business because it is an Scam. Do not purchase anything...Please”

“I would give this company no stars if I could. A few weeks ago I wanna looking for hand sanitizer. I could not find it anywhere. I googled hand sanitizer I located this companies website. I paid $42.00 for a two liter container. The website said it would be delivered in about three weeks. I did not receive my order, order number of tracking number. I attempted to email the company, but you need an order number to email them. I also tried to call the number on their website, but it goes to a staffing company. All of these reviews are correct, this company is a scam agency. Now I have to deal with my bank to get my money back and my lawyer to see what could be done about this company.”

“The items purchased never arrived even paid for administration to receive them.. and after 1 month wait and contacting several times they issued the refund and for my money need to wait another 2 working weeks! They Seems they just care about money and take an advantage of current chaos and not genuine retailer”

“Bullshit Why charge me when you don’t even have the items?All I need is a refund that’s it.Now they want to send something new and I still have to wait for 72 hours,it doesn’t make any sense at all.By right you should have contact me 72 hours before the expected delivery date since you don’t have the product or items”

“They are thieves, they will not deliver your product, and will not refund you back money, this website is a SCAM! once the customer service reaches with you the step to refund money because you didn't get the product, they will not respond to your emails anymore. “Took my money for a purchase 3 weeks ago, still no product and no customer services number to call. Sent a few emails but no response. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back. This is an overseas company with no footprint in the UK. PLEASE AVOID”
