“ABSOLUTE SCAM. Please ensure if you are in the UK that you report them to Action Fraud as I have. No company is above the law - this one in particular needs to be shut down and the staff sent to prison for stealing money. Thankfully I paid using paypal so they are sorting out the issue. I wish I had read these reviews first before essentially paying for their Friday rounds of drinks.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. When the product I ordered had not arrived 4 days after the expected delivery date, I contacted customer service to discover, the product was not in stock and it would take a further 4 weeks!! I was given an option for a refund (which I took) and was advised it would take a max of 14 days to receive. 26 days later I am still waiting on my refund and I keep being told there's a problem with their account system and the problem will be solved asap. No option to speak to someone over the phone. Please do not use this company. I believe they are fraudsters.”

“I would give zero stars if i could In my first order, i read some reviews and i got a little scared, but i decided to wait and see. 10 days after the order I still had not received a single communication. So I went to the website and send an email asking for some update. The update was. We don't have one of the products that you ordered. I was surprised, like, Were you waiting for me to ask about to give me the bad news? Anyway I was able to sort it out with the agent and I received the products a month later. (Not good) When I received the package, i sent an email to the agent that was talking with me and gave him some feedback and some advice to Carethy to take care of their customers, update the website when a product is no longer available, send notification when the order is confirmed and/or has a problem. Things that is common sense to most of the companies. The agent thanked me and we finished the conversation. A couple of weeks later, I was looking for a product that apparently only Carethy had available, so I decided to give them a second chance. In my second order, i immediately received a confirmation email after the checkout , and i was confident that they took some advice from me and, I bet, many other customers. Then I waited, the website said that my order would arrive at jun 18th, so on jun 19th I entered my account to check, and for my surprise, one of the products disappeared from my order, my order number changed, and the amount of the order was decreased, and i didn't receive any money back. Then There i went once more, ask for updates via email. The answer was and I quote "Your order has been send without the following ítems: xxxxxxx. The reason for this change was an unexpected lack of stock. We decided to send the order without these items to avoid further delays." Them simply DECIDED without ever communicating me. So in summary. The price is good, but it's not worthy the lack of care with the customer, and the stress that you need to go through.. If your time doesn't cost you, you can buy from Carethy, every order takes a month to be sorted, if you're lucky It's been a exactly a month since I ordered. I received part of my order last week and still don't have my refund for the product that they decided not deliver. I will never buy again from them!”

“Total scam. Have ordered and paid for babies bottles and supposed to be delivered last week. Still "being processed" according to www. Money taken from my account. Have tried to fill in a customer form 3 times now and each time I press enter I am given a different reason why the form cannot be processed.”

“This company is nothing but a fraud, placed a order with this company on the 28/04/2019 never received the order they said it was out of stock.At my request the oder was cancelled on the 17/05/2019.They said it will take 14 days for my refund through my original method of payment. Still not received my refund it is now the 6/06/2019.”

“I purchased a sunscreen lotion and waited like 2 weeks for them to ship. When I contacted them, they said they did not have the product. Then I said you needed to let me know before and I wanted to cancel my order. They said I will get my refund maximum of 14 days. Today is Day 22, I still did not get anything back. Obviously this company is scam. AVOID!”

“Dreadful company. They bombard you with emails about a specific product, you then buy the product, wait 6 weeks with no info to eventually get someone who gives you a 'we are having supply issues' response and a 'promise' of money refunded in a further 2 weeks. Smacks of fraud to me. Never using again. About time they caught up with decent customer service.”

“Please, do not use it. This company is a fraud. They try to sell you items which they do not have stock. After all time of delivery goes through, when you contact them for an explanation, you are told they do not have those items in stock and are trying to find resellers. When you ask them for a refund, they tell you they are allowed to do it within them 14 days, which is another lie. If you have bought anything with them, please be aware and contact the competent authorities immediately, because you have been scammed. Good luck with that process. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Não utilizem. Esta empresa é uma fraude. Tentam vender artigos que não têm em stock. Depois de todo o tempo decorrido para a suposta entrega, quando os contactamos a pedir explicações, dizem que que afinal não têm os artigos em stock e estão procurando outros revendedores. Para devoluções, dizem demorar 14 dias, mas é outra mentira. Se compraram com eles, accionem de imediato os organismos competentes, pois foram burlados! Boa sorte com todo o processo.”

“Ordered an $80 item on March 18th, 2019 got an email right away with delivery date of April 3rd to April 23rd. No other email was sent after, however my March credit card statement appeared to be charged for this order before this order was shipped because I didnt receive any email info on product being sent. That is a red flag since you cant be charge for something that hasn't shipped yet. Now its April 26th. No email from Carethy, also i cannot even send them an email about it shows that the order reference number I received in the email is wrong. So it doesn't let you send the email. I tried inputting all the digits, then less, then just the numbers, etc. Still nothing. You can't even find a phone number to call. So someone is collecting all these money with no product being delivered and with no conscience.”

“I am yet another customer who feels scammed. I am in France, ordered 5 items. Nothing arrived when it was due, but did get a confirmation of order. I e-mailed and was told 2 items were out of stock, would I like to wait till they were in stock. I said no, so the 3 items arrived. After I said I was not happy with the service they offered 10% on top of the balance credit they held if I wanted to order again which stupidly I did. I had not seen this review website. Now the new order has not arrived so have cancelled and heard nothing from them. I will keep e-mailing them although the outstanding credit balance is only about 13 euros, but why should they get away with it, along with all the other poor people's money!”

“Sorry to hear everyone's reviews. It hasn't been my experience with them. I've beej purchasing with them since 2017 and my products always make it on time. Hopefully they will continue doing it. Never have had to call or contact customer service. I appreciate the product they sell since I can't find it in the USA. Thanks”

“Same problem as all the others below! I cannot contact them as you need an order number to send the email - does anyone know how to bypass this? I didn't get a paypal option to pay so paid by card so I doubt I will be able to get any money back. ******* DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ******”

“I placed my order in mid feb and it was supposed to be delivered in March. I have not received an order confirmation and their online contact form requires an order number to be entered to send an inquiry request. I hunted down their support email and sent them all the details of my payments and asked them for an explanation but they did not respond. I spent $200 on this website. Could someone please tell me how to contact them or how to get them to respond ?”
