“HONESTLY IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE A MINUS/NEGATIVE STAR IT STILL WOULDN'T BE GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I PUT A REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY 2 DAYS AGO ADVISING EVERYONE TO AVOID. CARETHY REPLIED ASKING FOR MORE DETAILS ETC. SO I SENT THEM ALL THE DETAILS AND GUESS WHAT .. YES THEY STILL HAVEN'T CAME BACK TO ME. SO THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW AS IT WAS PUBLIC AND THEN CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME. “BEWARE!!!!! This company is a scam. I bought purell from the site early on in COVID 19, paid for it and ten days later they sent an email that it had shipped. When I clicked on the tracking link it showed that it was “created.” I tried to call the contact number but it said it was “forbidden..”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!”

“In this desperate situation I ordered bulk hand sanitizers from them. Spent US $70 and after almost 2 weeks my order hasn't even shipped. Contacted them and received an email saying due to the situation my product may be delayed!!! I get it but I was already charged for it and come on I get it being delayed if it had at least shipped but no. I think is a total scam!!! I requested to cancel order. I'll give a couple more days. Let's see.”

“I was desperate for hand gels so placed order for 10 for 2.49.each 100ml, soon after i found out this site may be fake and might be scammers, a few weeks went oast nothing but they did say delivery will take till 23rd march but received it earlier today 20th march and i am very pleased shouldve ordered more”

“Ordered Clarins cleanser at a good price so ordered 4. They are now sending every month and helping themselves to money from my credit card. I have blocked them with Amex. No response to my emails to customer service, no addresses on the packaging. They were taking approx 75 euros every month from my account. They've just emailed me again to say they are taking 76 euros from my Amex account again. Do hope Amex continue to block them. If anyone had a return address or contact details I would be really grateful. They are a scam company.”

“I ordered After Shave Gell. I received it but then I kept getting repeat orders - sometimes at double the cost. I have instructed my bank not to pay any further payments to Carethy. I have just received an email stating that my latest order has been shipped. I didn't order anymore. The contact section on the Customer Care tab will not allow me to send messages.”

“I ordered hair products from Carethy previously and reordered same products again. THEY ARRIVED! Now after having read the reviews from others regarding NOT receiving their orders, I thought "Ok, I'll put it down to experience & take the loss and learn from it" Then my order arrived promptly! Maybe it's the competition who have the problem.”

“they did sent broken items and wrong items I never ordered. They don't care at all. I did sent emails over and over to get my money back but they just don't response or tell me they are working on it. this was 2 month ago. I guess my money is gone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY the picture shows how they deliver products...the lid was half open and leaking”

“Avoid like the plague, they are scammers and fraudsters. Parcel never arrived after receiving a fake tracking number. My credit card company is processing a refund for me and the police cyber fraud unit is investigating their website. AVOID”
