“The detail provided when a vehicle is serviced and especially when the vehicle is totaled by the insurance company is insufficient for the price of the report in my opinnion.”

“Don't invest your money on binary options, it is a big scam.. They go on ripping people of their hard earned money. I invested my life savings, i kept investing until i requested for withdrawal. My account was debited and here i am with 0$ balance. “CARFAX is a great service but I can't say they made me happy. Quite the contrary. The fact that the report on the 2013 Prius Persona that I was trying to sell showed prior body damage caused me to lose $5,000. Actually, it was just work that I had done to correct minor nicks and scratches.”

“Website is easy to use, but I was very disappointed with the car I purchased from the search. I thought Carfax would use show reputable dealers but apparently anyone can pay to have their dealership advertised on here.”

“It was ok, but a little travel and be prepared for some personal diligence and I came in under car fax numbers by $1,150 and that is after I spent $650 at a body shop”

“Did not help. Purchased 1 owner 2006 Subaru Forester based off what we read on the car fax. Have had nothing but problems with the car. It has cost us over $2000.00 in repairs and have only driven the car 4 days in 2 months.”

“I think Carfax does a good JOB WHEN HAS INFORMATION REPORTED TO IT. I purchased a used pickup and then found a major problem with the steering that was not on the Carfax.”

“I have purchased two Porsches with"clean" car faxes only to discover later that both had been damaged in accidents and repaired. Take car faxes with a grain of salt and get yourself a paint meter.”

“Thought that the cost for this service was extremely expensive for the type of information that was given. I can get the same type of information for free from state DOL records for free. And to limit the amount of vin searches was a total cost rip off.”

“I was looking for a cadillac srx. I looked everywhere in the net but felt like I couldn't get reliable info. So glad I finally came to the carfax website. I found reliable information from a trusted site. I found the car u was looking for and got the carfax information that I could trust. I did find the car I was looking for with one owner and a clean record.”
