“We were already to increase our bid on a 2004 Suburban with only 50,500 miles! We were told that it was only used to get to Florida and back. HA! I checked CARFAX. Turns out the car was sold in Illinois, moved to Indiana, held for 30 days, sold and moved to Wisconsin AND the odometer was set back! The mileage should have been 350,500!! I ended up contacting our local authorities and what do you know, the Sub was removed from the auction. Buyer BEWARE! CARFAX is the best!”

“We searched for over 2 months for a truck with a clean CARFAX. When we found one, we read the CARFAX, test drove it, and bought it! Many dealers don't offer one - don't buy from them! A CARFAX is like a security blanket - don't drive home without one!!”

“I was buying my very first car off of a friend and wanted to make sure I had the whole story of the car. CARFAX was a very helpful way of finding the complete history of the car without relying on what my friend could remember in terms of past maintenance and prior accidents.
