Cher Monsieur, Depuis mon premier achat des véhicules chez vous je suis satisfait au qualité des ceux véhicule par contre une choses qui fait fait que ma demande puisse diminuer chez vous c’est le programme de bateaux 3 à 4 mois personne ne peux accepter ça. Vraiment veuillez faire quelques choses pour changer ça. Merci

greetings my comment is in relation to the shipping plan they are changing frequently shipping plan finally ends up taking waiting a long time to receive the goods at some point the transport costs that we use to take the car are very expensive because we are always changing the travel date depending on the shipping plan

For this vehicle, i had challenges which have not been resolved. First, the vehicle was sent in a container against my will, secondly the docoments were not done well resulting in the vehicle over staying at the port in Dar es salaam, my client was slapped extra charges for off loading from the container and storage charges which summed up to about 397 USD. Firstly your company sent the bill of lading for 04 containers, but on the ground there were 03 containers. The port authority could not open the three containers waiting for clarification from your company.Secondly instead of correcting the bill of Lading documents , your company sent the other container with its own Bill of Lading now complicating the whole issue. At the time your company was correcting the documentation, the vehicle had already acrued more that the 14 stipulated days hence the extra days were charged for that. This was not our fault and i strongly feel your company should bare these extra charges . It is due to your inefficience. Unfortunately your comapany has declined to refund us saying there is nothing they can do.

am happy that I have received my car, but you need to improve your customer care, there is no way we are giving you business, but you have very poor communication, i suffered after paying for my car, and the logistic team was not informed about the shipping and it took time for reservation,how can you ship a car in a container sure,our agents in dar-es salaam were shocked,you need to improve

Communication with customers proved to be very poor. The vehicle sold to me was not roadworthy. It failed to move from the harbour in Dar es salam. As I write, the vehicle is stuck in Dar es salam, being repaired. It is yet to make its 2000 kms to me in Lusaka, Zambia.

I made a payment for repairs to be made on my unit before shipping and they were not done. I have raised this issue through your sales people, however, that has not been addressed.
