“am happy that I have received my car, but you need to improve your customer care, there is no way we are giving you business, but you have very poor communication, i suffered after paying for my car, and the logistic team was not informed about the shipping and it took time for reservation,how can you ship a car in a container sure,our agents in dar-es salaam were shocked,you need to improve”

“Communication with customers proved to be very poor. The vehicle sold to me was not roadworthy. It failed to move from the harbour in Dar es salam. As I write, the vehicle is stuck in Dar es salam, being repaired. It is yet to make its 2000 kms to me in Lusaka, Zambia.”

“Thank you for your interview.Kindly note that your shipping schedule was apt.However the vehicle I boughywas defective on its AC and the Radio was vandalised and the customer had to replace the two Items.Please next time ensure such problems don't recur again.Also Note iam Dancan Murage and not George MUNDERU. “I bought car from Japan before from different cite, and I must say Carused.jp was not as good. Here are three reasons i am giving 3 stars. One, I never got full acces to website. Link to complete registration never worked, I reached out to get it resolved and it never worked. Talking to seller i specifically asked if vehicle will come with certified, professional translation of export certificate with letter, was assured it will and it came without. Lastly roof rack shown in pictures of my Pajero was stripped off and missing at delivery.”
