“I thank Carused through Carpaydiem CO and through Mr. Valentin who facilitated all the operations of the purchase of my ALPHARD vehicle as well as the Carused Logistics service... The vehicle had arrived in Kisangani/DRC, it runs very well and everything inside the vehicle is impeccable. I very much regret the delay in acquiring the Bill of Landing of the vehicle by DHL DRC. The delivery of the document/BL was planned for Kisangani as the final destination. To my great surprise, DHL Kinshasa had refused to send it to Kisangani City! It was a serious problem! I would like to suggest you to open a Carused Tanzania/Dar-Es-Salaam office for similar cases to send you the document just in Tanzania and before collecting the vehicle, we first collect the vehicle documents in your local office instead of sending with DHL! “I was impressed with how we started the business but now I'm very dissatisfied with how I am being handled by management and how they have delayed on the other purchase that has taken longer than expected and now the vehicle is still being repaired for more than a month. It has really affected my business and please I need a solution to it.”
