“Still waiting on delivery by Ervi. Was meant to be delivered last week, had an email yesterday saying will be between 5pm and 7pm and then got another email straight after saying there will be a delay. SOrry wont be using you again while you continue to use Ervi. Last set got left at my business address outside for anyone to steal, so had this time go to my home and this time no delivery at all as of yet. Shame as I have used you many times.”

“Im not happy im afraid 😔 I ordered a number plate on the 23rd December as my car is due for a re-test on its mot on the 30th December and it still hasn't arrived, so im going to have to get another number plate from somewhere else. I would like a full refund please”

“I’ve sent you many emails and no response Never received items or even an email stating the order was placed. Money has been removed from my PayPal account, but there is no traceability of the item that I placed. I have requested to receive my money back, but still no response. I had to order elsewhere due to no feedback or product received.”

“Plates arrived in a package that had been opened. I had purchased the 4d number plates. The lettering and numbers had been snapped off the yellow number plate rendering them useless. Not saying that this was a fault of the manufacturer but obviously they should reconsider who the choose for their courier service. Evri have always been poor with any deliveries I've had from them.”
