“This item has not been delivered yet 9 days after being ordered on express delivery. There has been no response from your customer services after I emailed last week. You do not answer the phone. The delivery company said they had the parcel but can't now find it. Their customer services have at least responded. Shockingly poor service. Don't use this company.”

“Ordered some plates on 8/11, still havent received and current date is 21/11. I didnt even get a tracking email even though I got the priority delivery and still nothing. Do not recommend”

“Apologies for the low rating but I’ve emailed you about the quality of the plates I’ve recieved as they are not as I expected and appear to be gel stickers attached to a plate not gel moulded.”

“They sent the wrong plates, also ignored the option to hold the order, despite being on the paperwork, iginred 3 emails requesting the correct plates & haven;t replied yet to my left message.”

“The plates that you sent me were totally wrong . I asked for show plates and gave you the exact spaces between the letters/numbers , which I took a picture of before confirming . You sent plates having no spaces what so ever . I have sent an E-mail showing the two photo's with no reply....Richard.”

“AVOID! Their 'same day dispatch' claim is lies, I paid £9.99 for this service and 48 hours later the plates still hadn't arrived. They denied even offering that service, so I sent them 8 screenshots confirming their advertised same day dispatch false promise!! Funnily enough I didn't hear from them again.”

“Supplied illegal plates, stupid ordering system defaults to this choice and you have no idea until they turn up ....won't even return my email complaint......go somewhere else......they also didn't ask for copy of v5 which is illegal as well.”

“Ordered the plates a week ago on express delivery and still not arrived. Can't get through to their customer service team by phone. Received an email apologising for the delay, due to the long bank holiday ( didn't realise there was one in October!) and they would follow up with the freight company. Appalling customer service.”

“I received 2 number plates. Both were for a motorcycle although I ordered 2 plates for a car. Both registrations were different and not even the registration that I paid for! I have tried to ring the company several times and left messages but have not received a reply. I have also sent emails but not received a reply. Looks like this company is no longer in business so do not buy from them.”

“Not happy with order , badge doesn’t go edge to edge like I was expecting , asked why, we don’t do edge to edge , when I asked why not plenty of other companies do , I was ignored , hence the negative review , have since brought edge to edge plates else where , and lost out on £30. Won’t be buying again from here that’s for sure.”

“Ordered Number plates from here, Ive had nothing but issues since it was out for delivery. Kept getting 5+ emails from all different addresses saying its out for delivery then there is a delay, plates took a while to come. once they arrived the plates were incorrect from what I ordered. I have tried to phone them just get a message saying we will get to you leave your number ive tried to email no response. terrible would advise not to use this company !!”

“Be warned. I paid express shipping for plates and fitting kit. The fitting kit wasn't included when my order arrived. I emailed the company and they apologised and offered to send the fitting kit which would arrive in 2 working days. The kit did not arrive and the company have stopped responding to my emails. 2 weeks after initially placing the order and I still don't have it all. Very disappointed and would not use again.”
