“Order a number plate for my car, turned up and it can’t be used on a car. £70 down the drain. To then be told I have illegal spacing, my number plate is exactly the same as the one I already have on my car. Will never use car plates direct again”
“Worst Company ever, stay away. They don’t respond to emails, answer phone calls. I cancelled my order and when I requested a refund they Refuse and proceeded to dispatch the order.”
“I cannot legally use it on my scooter cause the the plate must include the name and postcode of the supplier on the number plate by law. I tried to contact them and sort it out but never got any reply from them.”

Phoned numerous occasions no one answers. Emailed to ask when I can expect my order no response. No doubt the usual reply will be we’re experiencing higher demand than normal blah blah blah.
All they succeeded in doing is taking my money and nothing in return.
Service what service. Had zero notifications and yet your website states I will receive notifications and yes I checked my junk mail to nothing received.
Not impressed by the service you offer. So hopefully this negative review will get the desired response because all other avenues to contact you have failed.

Today 7th December still no plates.

“Ordered online but did not recieve any email or text whatsoever regarding order conformation, dispatch or tracking info. Tried emailing and also asked for vat reciept; - no reply. after a few more days tried to contact again by email through paypal as was prearing to action refund via paypal; - plates turned up next day. Fortunately plates were good but still no reciept or response to either email. COMMUNCATION IS KING. Would not use again, not because the plates were more expensive than some other sites, but because of the total lack of communication and reciept. Don't know if the delivery was on time or not?”
“Order placed on 25th October and today is the 5th November and still no plates have arrived. Tried to use the chat function on website and its really poor (order tracking broken) and no number to call for help. I have them being fitted in 2 days time and no plates; left plenty of time. Really needs to be much better - disappointed in the service so far.”
