“Sent incorrect plates, customer service refused to rectify their mistake. Will never recommend or use again. Very bad company, avoid! Better and cheaper places then these bunch of jokers.”

“I ordered and paid extra for express delivery. The plates came 4 days late, I reached out for help and got told they would investigate, then nothing. Okay if you are in no rush but if you need plates quickly, I would go elsewhere.”

“Paid extra for express delivery, I'm still waiting for any evidence the parcel has even left thier warehouse and its now 8 days later. Customer service is unrepsosive and unhelpful. Really hoping for a quick resoltuion from here.”

“It’s a bit of a joke really. I paid £9.99 for express delivery to get the following day (as ordered before 2pm) and a week has passed and I still don’t have the plates. Wish I’d just gone to Halfords to be honest. Certainly wouldn’t use you again nor recommend.”

“I paid £9.99 for express delivery, plates arrived 9 days later. went for the 3d option I was disapointed as not as good as other plate makers. plates delivered by the cheapest most usless courier company in england. very disapointed would not use car plates direct or evri again.”

“I ordered with express delivery, they sent a parcel which was empty. I sent it back with the courier and emailed car plates directly. I had a reply asking for the order number and ever since then I’ve been unable to get in contact with them or heard anything about my order. I’ve currently been conned out of £30+. Recommend no one ever uses them”

“Paid for the express delivery and came a week later. I email them after day 4 of placing order they said wait a day first then the next day got a email saying it will be delivered the following day so 7 days in total no offer for refund on the express delivery I paid for either.”

“scam company, ordered legal plates sent plates with no spacing, no postcode and not british standard, trustpilot reviews of 5* fake, no address on site ad, no phone number unable to return for refund, email given unable to connect, failure notice every time,terms state no refunds for any reason, illegal site, contacted consumer line to report trading standards, scabs”
