“Overall the experience was terrible, long story short don't expect express delivery if you pay for it. The gift card/note wasn't included so the person it was intended for hadn't a clue who it was from. Not all items you see in the picture is included in the hamper(which isn't a hamper but a box) I dealt with 2 women in customer service, one was lovely and very helpful the other I found quite cheeky. Overall I would never put myself through that stress again. Very disappointed in the whole experience.”

“Great customer service. New order arrived, but slippers (XL) didn’t fit..too small. When informed there no larger sizes, representative credited my acct and said I should keep and give to someone else.”

“Since visiting Dublin, I fell in love with the city and its people. From time to time my family and I like to bring a little bit of Ireland back to the States. Carrolls provided us the opportunity to be able to fulfill that. Selection and service is excellent.”

“I received a coffee mug as a gift. I liked the funny message printed on it but when I actually used it I was hooked! The design of the mug has a slightly rolled rim so it's almost dribble free. Game changer! I ordered two more and retired my other coffee mugs. Very pleased!”

“For the price I could not believe the quality. I spend the winter in Florida and just after I received the product we had a cold snap. I wore it out in the evening and I couldn't believe the number of compliments I received. If you had a maroon cardigan I would order another.”

“Fantastic product, even better than I expected. Downside was the service, I paid for express delivery as I needed it a week later for a birthday present. Shipping was really slow meaning it arrived two days after I needed it. Very poor responses to email queries”
