“I discovered Carroll's gift shops during a work trip to Galway and started receiving their emails. With their frequent deals and shipping specials it has been a great way to purchase Irish made gifts and food products at a significant discount over buying directly from the manufacturers and paying the crazy high international shipping rates. Our last order from Carrols took only 9 days to arrive at our home in Montana.”

“I first found Carrolls Irish Gifts in Dubin while on holiday. I bought some gifts and souvenirs and had them delivered. The items arrived in great condition and in a very timely manner. I was so happy with my purchases, along with the gifts I bought for people, that I placed 3 more orders. Customer service and purchases have been great!”

“Service and shipment were expedient. I honestly did not realize it came from Irland. My wife and daughter were there last year and bought several items. The wife had an accident and dropped hers and it broke. She does not know I purchased a replacement for Christmas. Thank you Greg”

“I ordered Guinness Mugs and was very happy with the quality of the product. But tracking the shipment was a problem. When I tried to find out where my shipment was, I went online and tried to track shipping, but was confused by the different "choices" for shipping......including, apparently, some "in-Europe" shipping methods. After leaving a message for Customer Service, I finally found out that they had been sent via U.S. Postal Service. Recommend Carrolls review their "shipment tracking" procedures on their website.”
