“I ordered a ceramic gift for Christmas but it arrived shattered. Customer service was very good to send a replacement which was packed much better, arrived in one piece and in plenty of time for the holiday. Thank you!”

“I sent a gift to my A as inter in Canada, on the 9/11. I contacted the help centre and all I got back was a screenshot of the DHL link which I can check myself. My order is in Memphis ‘out for delivery since 11/11. My gift cost almost €100 and I don’t know where it is?”

“Good selection of items on the website but still haven't received my item from an order placed on 17th November. Based within Scotland so i acknowledge that my purchase is being sent to a non-EU country and recent postal UK strikes have been taken place. Hopefully it will arrive soon.”
