“The contents of the box was fabulous. Patrick very impressed and enjoyed the chocolates and chips. I was very very disappointed with the service. It was present for my son Patrick for his 21st in Australia. It was never delivered to him. Could not track it. On live chat we were told it was enroute and couldn't be given delivery date. Two days later Patrick got a phone call saying it was in a shop for awhile. This shop not near where he lives as had to walk and get public transport. Overall not reliable Carnel javanagh”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately postal delays can happen and these would be out of our control. The courier should have left a notice to collect the package, we are very sorry this did not happen.

“Disappointed. Aran has a name for quality. The picture doesn't show properly what the sweater is like. It is a very flimsy knit. Iy is held together with intermittent rows of very sparce, flimsy single strands of wool which I fear will break very easily making the sweater unwearable. Also not very warm as a consequence.”
