“I recently purchases a personalised Guinness Glass for my grandads 80th. It is such a great personalised gift as I got them in the past for other family members. But they always come with a gift box which looks great. For some reason it would not allow me add a gift box this time and I thought it would come as standard, but unfortunately it never came. I still have the glass as I didn't want to give him the gift without the box.”

“Hi, I have already suggested it at time of purchase- I think an option to add a gift note would be ideal, most other gifting sites give this option howadays and even more so now that we are all buying online we need to have a way to write a gift note and say who it is from!”

“The turnaround from when I placed the order to when it was shipped was really fast. Unfortunately, I received some of the boxes of tea that were just about to expire. The customer service was quick to assist but it was still a little disappointing since these were supposed to be gifts. I understand the lockdown didn't make things easy so all in all, it was a good experience. I appreciate they are offering this service despite the restrictions and the difficulties.”
