“I had poor experiences with a number of people at Carrolls but then i finally met a woman named Melissa and I finally got my plus feelings again for buying on the internet esp when it was international. This is a woman that any company would have a great feeling for and if there is a problem ,she would be the one that you would contact, I cannot tell you in this short review how lucky that you aRE TO have this person on you side. I have worked with tons ofpeople over my career but Mellisa is on the top of my list”

“Overall happy though postage a bit overpriced in comparison to other companies. Fudge barely in expiry date and scarf I had originally picked not in stock. Was given option of refund though”

“Items were great , international postage cost was a rip off. Cheaper to send to someone in Ireland and then post it at post office”

“Quick delivery! Packed very good. Only problem was the security clip was left on the poncho I purchased! Had to go to several people at a local mall who finally removed it!”

“It was a beautiful bell, but it arrived way too late for the purpose I ordered it for. When I placed the order the timeframe I was given was well within when I needed the bell, but it didn't arrive until after the date I needed it by.”
