“Die Lieferung erfolgte wie immer prompt und in bester Qualität. Leider hat sich ein grober Fehler bei der Deklaration der Waren ergeben: Ich habe 6 Büchsen des Tees bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Gross war dann der Schock, als ich 46 Fr. Zoll bei der Lieferung durch die Post zu bezahlen hatte. Grund: Anstelle der 6 Büchsen (42 Pfund) wurden 6 Pakete à 6 Büchsen (252 Pfund) deklariert. So hatte ich diese Nachzahlung zu leisten. Schade, da ich sonst mit Carlos Iris Gifts sehr zufrieden bin.”

“The gifts were lovely. Only one issue with a pair of men's socks that were sent the wrong size. But too much trouble to send back. Can not wait for family to open their gifts. Will order again as the deliveries from Ireland to USA were simple and quick compared to USA deliveries. Thank You”
