“The description of the item does not match with the reality. Carrolls Irish Gift describes the kids flat cap 100% wool (just because of that i chose that item), unfortunately it was not when it was delivered. It was acrylic. The photo shown on the website does not match with the item they delivered!! Dishonest.”
