“I ordered a gift set as well as a few other items including a tin of tea. When my mom received it, the tin was open and loose leaves were all over the box. Perhaps it could’ve been the air pressure, etc. but the tape that was used on the tin was a tiny piece, and obviously didn’t do its job. This was very disappointing as I wanted to, of course, send gifts in good order.”

“I purchased 2 cans of the butter shortbread cookies, the LIR dark chocolate truffles, and the Oatfield Emerald toffees. My husband brought them to work and all of these treats were a great hit with his co-workers!! I also purchased the Butler's chocolate bar with infused Irish whiskey. That my husband kept for himself. He loves Butler's chocolate bars!!!”

“Found website and ordering cumbersome, the delivery address was listed as my home address, meaning my friend would have seen the billing. The order did not ship until two-three weeks after I placed it and only because I rang. Also not advised of local taxes so that went to my friends mobile instead of mine so she paid local tax taking away the good of a gift. Local taxes should be included in the cost”
