“Super cardigan, correct size, my only problem is no spare button or spare bit of wool. The buttons are very unusual, so if I lose one, I will have to replace all of them. I contacted Carrolls for spares but was told they are never supplied. Even my cheap cardis from Primark come with spare buttons.”

“Placed an order of several different things for small gifts. Price was excellent, delivery earlier than expected and everything was perfect. Have ordered before on line with Carrolls having been into the store on several occasions during visits to Dublin. Buying Instore or on line, you'll find the gift you want at the price you want 10/10 from me!!”

“I received the wrong items. I specifically looked for Irish cream chocolate bars and found this site. I ordered it and it even came in a package that was low key. They put the wrong item in. My shipping order receipt, i double checked, says Irish cream. I was very disappointed.”

“My wool sweater was advertised as 'oatmeal' with the photo showing a solid cream color. However, the entire knitted piece had hundreds of flecks of bright ORANGE, BLUE and BLACK interwoven in the thread. Nothing would do but pick out these hideous specks with tweezers. I don't recommend this company.”

“I live in Canada. I visited Dublin in 2018 and went to Carrolls to get souvenirs for ourselves, friends and family. The prices were awesome, the selection amazing. Now that we're back in Canada, I do about 1 or two orders yearly. I usually take advantage of the free shipping minimums and the sale products- which isn't hard to do. Shipping to Canada is relatively fast and items are as ordered. Would definitely recommend!”

“We cannot write a review because we have not received the items we purchased. Our purchase was on October 14, online of course. Getting close to a month, and no delivery. Tracking number indicates our order was received for delivery in U.S. on October 16. No updates since then. We do need for our items to be delivered prior to November 24. We are flying to a family reunion for Thanksgiving, on the 24th. Our items were to be gifts to some family members. We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and expedite deliveryof our purchased items. Thank you. Regards, Bob & Sharon”
