“I'm from Australia, we visited Carroll's Irish Gifts when we were in Dublin 2 years ago. My daughter bought a hoodie when we were there but grew out of it. I ordered another online. It arrived quickly and was well packed. The hoodie is soft and warm.”

“I recently placed an order to Australia, when one item I ordered wasn’t in stock I received an email from customer services offering me different replacement items which was great! The order arrived on time with no broken Guinness glasses thanks to the items being well packaged! I will definitely repurchase from Carroll’s Irish Gifts.”

“Carrolls team should have informed me about the possibility to pay extra costs for the customs. I sent a box as a present and the receiver paid for it. Moreover, the lead time is not 5-7 days as mentioned. This should have been clarified as well.”

“Hi this is Ann Hill Darren’s mum ,I was disappointed in the delivery . It took about 8 days to deliver the parcel after i was told it was en route ,the crackers were broken and the cheese was in the box for 8 days before my son received it . I am sorry but I didn’t think it was good value for 50 euros”
