“The gift was beautiful when I eventually got it,I had to call up to see why it hadn't been sent ,as I needed it for mother's day,due to the colour I picked was out of stock, instead of calling me they just didn't send it, the girl i spoke to was great, she sorted it had another colour similar to what i ordered and had it shipped, my mum got her mother's day present 1 week late which i was very upset about, as she has been so great since my husband died it was a mother's day and a,thank you, but it was so late i had to get something else for the mothers day. You should let customers know if you have a problem with stock. Thank you Allison white.”

“I placed an order for st Patrick’s day T-shirts for myself and my family. One of the T-shirt’s never arrived despite me paying for it and when I contacted Carroll’s to look for a refund I never heard back from them. Customer support is appalling, me or my family will not shop here again !”

“I really like the items you sell. My 1st order with you was perfect and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. However, with my 2nd order by the time the order was processed you were out of some things I wanted and by the time I received the order St. Patrick’s Day was over. I did receive a very nice email explaining the problem but they continued.”
