“We purchased a stunningly beautiful linen. The pictures online don’t do it justice. We used this linen for our wedding as a decorative piece and now it will turn into a family heirloom. Shipping was super fast.”

“Bought a small bronze gift for my husband for our anniversary. I ordered it to click and collect and it was a quick and smooth transaction. Staff were very friendly. I didn't however get a text or email to say it was ready to collect so I had to ring to check but that was a quick and easy phone call with a friendly voice at the other end.”

It may be the case that these emails are being sent to the trash or spam folders. We are truly sorry about this. “I've already been in touch with customer care about my order it was melted when it was received and some of it had to be thrown out and what I did save had to be put in the fridge I was very disappointed”

“Ordered an engraved glass for father's day. Should be ready in 2 days apparently. 10 days later I was contacted. Missed father's day by a week and was told that the glass was there over a week but they had failed to contact me. Terrible service”
