“Although pleased with the contents of the hamper we sent to my son and daughter in law for their anniversary, it arrived without the greetings card we paid extra for, so they had no idea who had sent it which caused confusion. When I queried this I must say the customer care was very poor. Although admitting it was an oversight at despatch and a refund for the card was given, there was little concern over this error. I probably will not use this service again.”

“Cannot rate highly enough the products I purchased from Carroll’s Irish Gifts. I was looking for good quality large mugs and purchased the Guinness branded ones. I had bought a set few years ago of large mugs from another well known shop only to have the handles fall off every single one. There is no chance of this happening with the exceptional quality of these ones. The prompt service and professional delivery leave me with no hesitation to recommend Carroll’s and I will definitely shop with them again.”
