“Ordered some t-shirts from their website, only to get an email (on a Saturday) telling me they don't have them in stock. After we discussed the options over email, I was sent replacement T-shirts, which were a little bit more expensive than what I originally bought, without extra costs for me. That's a plus. However, I was in a rush to receive them so I was very disappointed that their stock control is ridiculous... It's the first time in over 1000 online orders that I buy something and then I get an email saying '' sorry, we do not have your items in stock''”

“I greatly enjoy Carrolls Irish gifts. They have a wonderful selection of products. However, if I had to change one thing, I would change the shipping notifications to automatically include both Irish and U.S. tracking. I would also suggest adding an estimated package arrival date.”

“Absolutely Loved the Irish passport!!! Great fun, excellent quality, reasonable price (for the passport itself) and fast shipping. The only caveat was that it cost almost 1 1/2 TIMES AS MUCH AS THE ITEM ITSELF to ship!?!? UGH!!!”
