“I would have really liked to give you a good review. Your range is great and I placed an order that should have been a gift for a dear old lady. But in your E-Mail you said "We would love to hear your feedback on our service" So, there you go. Unfortunately, my package hasn't arrived at all and when I asked over a week ago, I was told that FedEx had handed the package over to a local courier in Germany and that it was no longer trackable. I was reimbursed for delivery costs, but what does that help? I asked more times and finally asked to cancel the order, because it's to late anyways. But for almost a week customer service has stopped responding at all. Nothing will happen with the gift and I am very dissatisfied. I also tell you what I expected: I would have expected my order to be sent express a second time. Then I could have received it in time. If you want to check my case, it's request #816137”

“Since finding this store in Ireland, we have placed several orders after returning to the USA and have been completely happy with the items received. The products are of good quality, and because most are not available (made in USA) they are unique.”
