“I ordered and paid for a package to be sent to my Grandson in Minnesota for his birthday. He never received the parcel & when I called your company I was told the label was not correctly completed & did not include the Street or town, just Minnesota. I had received an email from you confirming my order with the correct address. Your company did send another delivery but that only arrived three weeks after his birthday. Very disappointed. I used your company because you have Irish products. There was no apology in the package either for your mistake.”

“This store is amazing! They have great prices, ships super fast to Canada! And has top quality Irish ☘️ products! They even have free shipping from time to time and if you do have to pay for shipping it’s really not that much! I have purchased things from other stores in Ireland and the shipping is crazy expensive but not at Carrolls! I try to buy everything Irish I need from here because they are amazing! I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!”

“I've quite recently begun to use the Carrolls Irish Gifts website. Among the touristy, souvenir-style items, there are some hidden gems and I've bought three excellent gifts for birthdays that are unusual and different from the norm. Swift delivery, good packaging etc. Happy customer.”

“Carroll's should not use postal service, i.e. DHL, for foreign address dispatch. Preferably DPD, UPS or similar; despite eventual cost to customer. The amount of time wasted, trying to collect my parcel over several days, was way beyond acceptable. Still have to overcome the quite considerable annoyance suffered during delivery of first order.”

“Had several orders from Carrols and up until the last order they have been fine.But there were 2 problem with the last order.: 1. The polaroid sunglasse were not in the black case when i opened the gift-i am very disappointed 2.The leather black belt on wearing it first time ,the plastic protection layer covering the belt became unstuck-i have not returned it as yet but again sadly disappointed.
