“I love my orders arriving from Carrolls. Can be a little pricey on somethings but generally, pretty good value. American website comes up sometimes instead of the Irish website.”

“After living in Sligo Ireland for 10 years ,moved to Australia and then I realise how much I miss Ireland,so bought some souvenirs of Ireland through carrolls Irish gifts website.great prices ,prompt international delivery, feel like am in Ireland .great communication and very helpful from the customer service team .I definitely recommend this Carroll’s online store to all my Irish friends who lives in Australia .great choices ..great prices.”

“I love being able to buy Irish gifts online from from Carroll’s. We bought many gifts from their stores in Dublin and now we purchase online and love the convince. Since we live in Miami and there is a pandemic we can not just go back to Dublin to shop at Carroll’s. We love everything we have ever gotten from Carroll’s.”

“Very happy with my order. Very quick turn around/shipping. Carroll's asked a clarifying question on an engraving, as well as me placing multiple/seperate orders - which I appreciated. Quality customer service. Very happy with the products as well - I ordered multiple pocket watches for a wedding and an engraved Guinness glass.”

“The Guinness salt and papper yin and yang were not very good. We ordered two (one was a gift) and both was wobbly and doesn't stand together as they should. They are also different in hight. Embarrising to give as a gift. The tea was fine.”

“Leather belt took quite a long time to arrive and I've now found that the design seems to have been sprayed onto the leather and has already started deteriorating at the buckle. Very disappointing”
