“I paid for 3 secret chests to be unlocked and only one was unlocked. The booster was dismissive of my compliant claiming it was a minor part of the service paid for. I attempted to contact the website direct through email and chat and have received no resolution. I’m glad they emailed me to ask if if I’m happy with their service but not how to correct the order that was not fulfilled.”
