“Advertised in stock then delayed shipping and requested more $ to obtain from outside vendor. Seems scam like.”

“I ordered a bottle of whiskey that seemed a bit overpriced anyway, but finding a place that ships can be difficult so I gave in and ordered it anyway. Then like a week after I had ordered it, they basically held it ransom and told me it was going to cost $10 more if I still wanted it. Seems to me that the transaction was already completed and the extra cost was your problem not mine.”

“Was forced to pay an additional $60 upcharge after having the first order delayed for over a month and needing to pay the additional to source the liquor from a different retailer in their network. Delays from Covid are no excuse for poor customer service. What a horrid experience.”

“Well, I wanted to send an e-gify card, but, apparently, a card is coming to me. There was no way to actually write the gift message or give the email address I wanted to send it to.”

“The cost of shipping is to high and the amount of spam received after using this service is absurd. Purchasing is overly complicated, I used this service because it is the only one that will ship the local spirits I am gifting. Delivery times are also extremely slow and unreliable making it hard to be received by people who are not always available to sign. Unforgiving policies make it a gamble on losing your money, use at your own risk, buy the insurance and pray!”

“My last order was delayed and then showed all would be sent. A few days later, I received an email telling me that one item was unavailable - but I could pay DOUBLE to get it from another of your suppliers. It took two weeks to receive my single bottle - which FEDEX then delivered to the wrong house - not the same house number or street name - ridiculous service when the shipping cost is so high. The current order is simply to use up my "credit" because I could not have my original refunded to me. I will not be using your service again and I will advise anyone against using it.”

“There was a delay in fulfilling the order and then I find out you dont have what i ordered. There is no refund option but have to pay $30 extra to source it. Very disappointed, will never comeback to purchase here. This will be my first and last.”
