I was promised free delivery on the Tom's website if I bought 2 items. Noe at checkout I'm charged $24.00. That stinks. I won't recommend this list brewery websfor purchase to any.

I tried to put a coupon code and it completed my order instead after hitting apply. Now I can not contact anyone.

"WE PUT OUR CUSTOMERS FIRST AND IT SHOWS!" At least this is what CaskCartel says on their website. Thought I'd give them a try. 2 plus weeks later and not a single mention from them about my order. When I did call, they informed me that there should be no worry since the item I purchased was well in stock, and should be processed "shortly." So, if the item is in stock, why hasn't it been shipped yet, I asked. So the customer service rep dodged my question, and merely repeated herself. So, I asked again, and again she dodged my question. I then I rephrased my question, while emphasizing for the sake of honest customer service, where is my purchased item, and if it is in stock, why hasn't it been shipped yet....then she came right out and said the fine print allows them 30 days to ship. There are several company's that ship spirits across the country. Needless to say, I will not be placing another order from this company. While the quality of the product is priority, good old honest customer service following accepting my money means just as much. There are consequences to poor customer service.

I had to try multiple times to get my card to process and it still never did. So I just used gift cards to cover it. Poor checkout process and pricey shipping.

This shipment of a single bottle of bourbon was twice delayed, for significant periods of time. Both times, this occurred without me being alerted, first, until well after placing the order, then again, after being contacted and assured the order would be shipped. On top of that, there was a modest upcharge ($10), which the site did not even offer to waive. I certainly will never order from Cask Cartel, again.

I dealt wit you, not your supplier. You did not offer a dood explaination--only an excuse. You refused to give me a refund, or not charge my credit card. Now I am forced to spend too much for the whisky that I ordered. Your refusal to offer the 4th (my suggestion) lacks morality. Your problem with your supplier is your problem, don't make it mine. It's good to have you but taking so long to get the product is ridiculous! I order from multiple companies but this is ridiculous. This is the last chance I'll give your company I've already written to BBB. All my people feel the same way! So that's a lot of people that will reply to the BBB. GOOD LUCK ON THIS ORDER!

WORST. COMPANY. EVER! Does not fulfill promises made on their website, or by their customer service representatives, regarding order fulfillment or shipping. I ordered a very expensive bottle of bourbon ($1200 ) as a holiday gift, was assured that it would be delivered in time for Christmas, it was not. Spend your hard-earned dollars elsewhere!

If it wasn't for a gift card, I would absolutely never use your store. Your pricing is insanely marked up compared to a 2-min drive to the nearest liquor store. Add incredibly high shipping to that and I could get 2x of whatever I bottle locally for the same amount. The price gouging on specific bottles is just plain insulting. $120 for a $42 bottle - ripoffs. Then your "free" gift increases my total cart price by $4. So much for "free." And to finish it off, your tech can't even process my payment, so I therefore have to remove the "free" gift so that no payment is required. Ridiculous. Y'all suck. Your business model is terrible for consumers who aren't pitifully lazy.

When I ordered the two bottles of gin, it said the shipping would be free-it's not. And when you offered the "free" mini bottl, the shipping increased by $5.00. How is thar Free??? This will be the only time I place an order with your company and I will be sure to share this information.

It's sad that you have to buy a case when you only want two bottles. I used to love cask cartel, now I'm going to find some place else
