“its been over two weeks a barcode was made for two of my three bottles but not sent out. now the website show my last bottle is sold out and you still say preparing to ship”

“Order accepted by CaskCartel on December 5th. Its December 19th and I still have not heard anything. Have tried to cancel, but no response to that either.”

“Very disappointed with the size of the bottles that I purchased for $50!! I grew up in Deep South Alabama and we made white lighting but my husband has never tried it so he loves y’all’s show n what a better batch to try? Bottles are 2.5oz so I paid $50 for 10oz????????????”

“First of all.... there was no where I could find to include a note with the shipment. This is a gift to a friend and I had to advise them of the gift coming their way before it arrived. Second... there has been zero communication about the order and it's shipment except from the insurance company confirmation that I purchases. it's been 6 days and I still don't know the status of the shipment or what to tell my friend. Horrible.”

“Placed order on 12/9/20, received conformation email, but had not received any shipping status update on or by 12/15/20 so, I called to follow-up was given the same generic message about 5-10 days for orders to ship. I'm now within 10 day window and still nothing. Due to this I can not gurantee recommendations or ordering again. The so call fulfillment center need to do better. This was a gift for my dad because he enjoys watching moonshiners and seems no guarantee for Christmas.”
